Now you never have to worry about losing or forgetting your Membership card! You can log into your account and show your Digital Membership on your phone. Be sure to turn up your brightness for easy scanning at entry.
Current Member
To create a new account, visit the ACCOUNT OVERVIEW page. Use the button below or the SIGN IN l REGISTER link at the top of any page. Easily link all the Memberships in your family to your account by typing in the number found either on the front or back of each and the phone number associated with that Membership.
New Membership Purchaser
If you are purchasing a Membership for the first time, you will be prompted to create an account during the purchase process.
Already Set Up My Account
If you’ve already created your online account, you can visit the ACCOUNT OVERVIEW page to access your account. Use the button below or the SIGN IN l REGISTER link at the top of any page to sign in to your account.
After linking, purchasing or renewing your Membership, accessing your Digital Membership is simple! You can find your Membership ID and barcode for easy scanning at entry during your next visit.
Use the SIGN IN l REGISTER link at the top of any page to log in to your account. On your ACCOUNT OVERVIEW page, select each Membership to expand and see details. From there you can select VIEW to access your Digital Membership.
If that doesn't reveal your Digital Membership and you have recently renewed or purchased that Membership, you can access it by selecting RECENT ORDERS. Select the arrow on the far right of your most recent order. Then you can scroll down to retrieve your Digital Membership.
You only need to create one account for your household. Creating additional accounts for individual family members is optional. Choose one Membership as the primary Membership for your family and create an account. Then, link all the remaining Memberships in your family to that primary account. You will need the Membership ID and the phone number associated with each Membership.
Memberships can be linked to multiple accounts. For example, if both parents in the family would like to create their own accounts. Each child, including the other parent, can be linked to their account. That means either parent can now log in to their individual account and make reservations for the family for their next Aquarium visit!
Link all the Memberships in your family to your account for easy access to benefits, enhancements and quick renewal. To link a Membership, visit the ACCOUNT OVERVIEW page by using the SIGN IN l REGISTER link at the top of any page to sign in to your account. Once you have logged in to your online account, scroll down to the MEMBERSHIPS section and select the +ADD MEMBERSHIP option. You will need the Membership ID and the phone number associated with each Membership.
Creating a new online account will now make your renewal process super easy. Plus, renew before your Membership expires and save $3 per Pass!
