Keeping your reservations accurate is important to make sure everyone gets to visit. If you do not cancel within 48 hours prior to your visit, your future reservations may be subject to future restrictions and blackout dates.
When booking your reservations, please be as certain as you can possibly be that you can honor your reservation because it affects the ability of others to visit the aquarium. In the instance where your plans change, please cancel your reservation via a link in your confirmation email within 48 hours. If you do not cancel within 48 hours prior to your visit, your pass may be subject to future restrictions and blackout dates.
Yes. You can use the 17-digit alphanumeric barcode on your print-at-home Annual Pass confirmation ticket to make your reservation.
Yes, reservations can be made on the day of your visit but are subject to availability based on capacity. Reservations can be made up to 45 days before visiting.
Please be sure that you and each person in your party listed on the reservation brings their Annual Pass, or Daily Ticket on the day of your visit. Print the confirmation email you received with your reservation or display it on your mobile device and be prepared to present it at the ticketing gate.
