Payment Requirements: $150 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Final guaranteed guest count and payment is due 1 week prior to party. No refunds if guest count drops below final guaranteed count. Additional guests cannot be added day-of party. Final guaranteed guest count does include birthday child and family.
Birthday Party Times: Time slot choices are 10am-12pm; 1pm-3pm; 4pm-6pm and are based on availability.
Sales Tax: Sales tax is not included – 6% KY sales tax will be applied to the party package, admission tickets and additional add-ons.
All birthday party bookings including additional admission tickets and add-ons are non-refundable.
Outside Food & Beverage: One cake is permitted to be brought in from outside Newport Aquarium. Additional food and beverage can be purchased through Newport Aquarium Catering
Decorations: Party decorations are permitted. Decorations must be placed on tabletops only and nothing is permitted to adhere to the walls or to be hung from the ceiling. Balloons are not permitted in Newport Aquarium or in the Reef Room.
